What type of yoga you teach
I’m teaching a gentle Vinyasa Flow Yoga with strong focus on the breath and optimal alignment. I have got a keen interest in helping people who suffer from lower back pain and I believe that Yoga is the way to tackle this. My classes contain poses (asanas) which focus on bringing movement and breath to areas of restriction, tension and tightness. I’m a big believer in the body, mind and soul connection and find that an element of meditation in my class will help to bring this about. You will leave my class feeling very light, grounded and entirely relaxed.

What makes a good yoga teacher
In my opinion someone who interacts with the students, really tunes in to what they need and want to take out from the class.
