“ Osteopathic Techniques- complex diagnosing and therapy of the knee joint -”, I was able to improve my clinical reasoning on knee joint and I have become more aware of osteopathic techniques to allow me to treat my patients more efficiently.
Any specific area of interest
I specialise in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, in assessing and treating spinal and peripheral joint conditions, rehabilitating clients to their full ability. I have gained experience treating an array of conditions such as back pain, post-operative, sports injuries, orthopaedic rehabilitation, headache relief, whiplash recovery, shoulder pain, knee pain and work place injuries. I enjoy treating a range of conditions across all age groups.
The most challenging injury you have treated
Knee injuries can often represent a wide array of diagnoses. The knee is a complex structure and one of the most stressed joints in the body. It is a hinge joint, vital for movement, and vulnerable to injury. Many knee injuries can be successfully treated with manual therapy, stretching and strengthening exercises. Although not all knee injuries can be prevented, education on knee anatomy, how injuries happen, and how best to care for them when they do, can help prevent potential complications or long-term disability from common knee injuries.

As medical and scientific research show our mental states have an enormous impact on our physical health. Body and mind awareness increases our well-being, empathy mindfulness, resilience, and ability to handle our emotions.
